The name Jalan2Travel is inspired by a Malay expression “Jalan-Jalan”, which means to travel slowly, enjoying the pure pleasure of both the journey and the destinations. It is a philosophy we carry into everything we do.

Led by Faizi, a Malaysian-born host based in Newport-on-Tay near Dundee, every journey we create is guided by genuine local knowledge, warm hospitality and a deep appreciation for Scotland’s hidden corners — the places that don’t appear in guidebooks but stay with you long after you’ve returned home.

Our Vehicle
Our choice for group travel is the extra long-wheelbase Mercedes-Benz V-Class — spacious, comfortable and discreet. Designed for up to seven passengers with generous luggage space, it is ideally suited for families, small groups, golf travellers and business executives.
